94.3 FaithFM CONSERVATION CONTEST
1. The 94.3 FaithFM 'Conservation Contest’ commences at 5:30am on Monday Sept, 22nd, and concludes at 11:59pm on Friday October 31st, 2008. 94.3 FaithFM, ProCertified Windows & Doors, and Participating Home Hardware Building Centres, are collectively referred to as the “Contest Sponsors”. ‘The Conservation Contest’, is referred to as “The Contest”.
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to those 18 years of age and older as of the first day of the Contest period, and who reside in the Province of Ontario.
3. The Contest is not open to employees and volunteers of FaithFM and their families, employees of Contest Sponsors, and their families, or agents of the Contest Sponsors (including their parent companies and affiliates). Those domiciled with the above excluded individuals are also not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
4. Listen for your Cue to Call on 94.3 FaithFM. The Cue to Call will occur at random times throughout the day. Caller number 3 will be entered into our weekly draw, and will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw!
The Grand Prize draw will be made on Monday November 3rd, 2008.
5. No purchase is required to enter. Only one entry per household will be accepted during the Contest Period. Odds of winning cannot be determined. Household is defined as “anyone who lives together in a residence.”
GRAND PRIZE
6. There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, and (6) weekly prizes available to be won;
GRAND PRIZE CONSISTS OF;
- A $1000 (one Thousand Dollar) Gift Certificate from ProCertified Windows & Doors to be used towards the purchase of any product supplied and installed by ProCertified Windows & Doors, 193 Pinebush Road, in Cambridge.
- Not redeemable for Cash
- New Purchases only
- Must be used by December 31st, 2009
WEEKLY PRIZES CONSIST OF;
an 'Energy Saving' Prize Package valued at $200 to be supplied by Participating Home Hardware Stores.
6b. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or approximate value in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
6c. Grand Prize and Secondary prizes must be accepted as awarded
6d. Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes have no Cash Value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash substitutes
6e. Grand Prize cannot be transferred
GRAND PRIZE DRAW
7. Grand Prize Draw will be held after the close of the Contest Period, on Monday November 3rd on Murphy in the Morning. One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all qualified entrants. In order to be declared a winner by FaithFM contest judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and, in particular the following;
8. A FaithFM employee must be able to reach the potential winner by telephone within seven (7) business days from the Grand Prize Draw.
8a. The potential winner must complete, sign and return a Winner's Declaration and Winner's Release prepared by the Contest sponsors, within seven (7) business days. The Winner's Declaration releases the Contest Sponsors from any liability, claims or actions whatsoever.
8b. By accepting this prize, and by entering the contest, the declared winner consents to the Contest Sponsor's use of their name, voice, city of residence, statement and image for any publicity or programming purposes without remuneration.
GENERAL RULES
9. The contest judges reserve the right to disqualify entrants from the contest if the potential or declared winner is not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.
10. The decisions of the Contest Judges are final.
11. The Contest Sponsors and judges are not responsible for any technical or production malfunction to any computer or telephone system, which may occur during the contest period.
12. Each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, which are subject to change without notice. Each entrant releases the Contest Sponsors and their affiliates from any damage, loss, or liability suffered as a result of, or arising from the entrant's participation in the Contest.
13. The contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
