The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario says it’s watching closely the outcome of two ongoing investigations. This all surrounds the work of a former head of diagnostic imaging at Timmins and District Hospital. They say that while employed at while he was employed at two hospitals on the West Coast, a peer review says that potentially, hundreds of errors were made while reading X-rays, ultrasounds and CT scans. The investigation is ongoing.
