Timmins City council, may be putting on the breaks from the idea of installing a three-way stop sign at the intersection of Pine Street and Fifth Avenue in Timmins. Council members have debated the idea three times since last December and have not yet agreed on the best solution. The topic is likely up for discussion in July.
