Missing North Bay Woman found Dead in Toronto

A North Bay woman, missing in Toronto has been found dead. Tess Richey was last seen near Church and Wellesley streets at around 3 a.m. on Saturday. Richey’s body was found near Church and Dundonald streets yesterday afternoon. Police have launched an investigation. She was 22-years-old.
She would have been 23-years-old this week.
