Water tower getting a face-lift

The city of North Bay says a landmark is getting a face-lift. For 20 years the familiar blue of the city’s water tower on Birch’s Road has been blending more and more into the pale sky and it’s time for repairs and upgrades. The job has been tendered out for just over $111,000.
