A Sudbury-area manufacturer is changing hands… and doing so, on an international front. RDH Mining Equipment, a the company responsible for making some of the underground mining equipment in the North have been sold to Germany company. The sale for a whopping $8 million and there is no indication, yet, if there be any job loss.
