No charges will be laid after a fatal collision on Highway 69. On March 16th, OPP were called to the scene of the accident in Greater Sudbury where the driver of a Kia Spectra was traveling northbound on Henri Street and attempted to cross Highway 69. He was struck by a Ford Focus traveling eastbound on Highway 69.
The driver of the Kia, 76-year-old of Sudbury, was transported to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
