North Bay Fire knocked down a house fire on McKeown Avenue early Saturday morning. It happened at 1716 McKeown Avenue at around 4:00am. When fire crews arrived the home that was fully involved in flame. Dept. Chief Greg Saunders says that a smoke alarm alerted the resident to danger.
She was able to safely evacuate the home and call 911.
