Ski-Hill in North Bay plans to open, with a catch

Laurentian Ski Hill in North Bay is planning to open Saturday to the public, but there’s a catch. Those from Southern Ontario will not be welcomed. This is as Southern Ontario remains in lockdown until Jan. 23rd. Proof of residency will be required for all-day pass purchases.
