Timmins Police have laid charges in a case of theft. This is after a duffel bag full of cell phones and other items were allegedly found by a suspect thought to have broken into a nearby cell phone store. An intrusion alarm early this morning brought Timmins Police to what they call an Algonquin Boulevard cell phone retail store. A 43-year-old man is charged with five criminal offences.
