A new Dalron development is getting the go-ahead in Greater Sudbury. The developer went before the panning committee Monday seeking a zoning amendment to allow the reclassification of a parcel of land. It’s at Montrose and Woodbine Avenues moving it from local commercial to low-density residential. The development will include 22 semi-detached units, as well as commercial space.
