The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit insists they will push to open schools when COVID-19 cases drop and the risk for children and staff is deemed to be as low as possible. The medical officer of health, Dr. Jim Chirico says in a statement said he understands the significant impact the pandemic has had on children while stressing the importance of having the proper resources available.
