A new user fee is being added for people appealing a dangerous dog notice in Timmins. This week, the city council approved a $350 for those doing just that. In the past year, the clerk indicated 23 notices have been issued for potentially dangerous dogs or dangerous dogs. People who receive a notice can file an appeal, within 30 days.
