Bi-Law amendment denied for over-sized shed

Timmins City Council has denied a zoning bylaw amendment, that would have seen garage 3.3 times larger than the specs would allow, remain up on Kamiskotia Road.
This is after the owners built a 5,346 sq. ft. residential house in 2012, as well as a 5,000 sq. ft. accessory garage in 2016, both without proper building permits.
