Job losses in the North for January?

If you think that help wanted signs are not as plentiful as, say last year, you could be on to something. Stats Canada says that Greater Sudbury started 2018 by losing 700 jobs in January, numbers released today by the Canadian think tank. However, the area’s unemployment rate remained unchanged however, at 6.8 per cent, because the number of people working or seeking work also experienced a dip.
