A number of Sudbury Residents are calling in the Ministry of Natural Resources after an oil slick was discovered on Richard Lake. The resident who called it is says the owner of an ice hut, had used motor oil to start and fuel a fire. There is concern that when the ice melts, the pool of oil will cause damage to wildlife.
