Charged with theft under $5,000

She has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and will appear in court on April 16th, 2018.

A 32-year-old Man has been charged with theft. It is alleged that the accused attended a business in the 600 block of Trunk Road where he selected just under $170 worth of merchandise before leaving the store without paying. He was held by store security until Police arrived. He has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.  He will appear in court on April 23rd, 2018.
