The Nipissing Serenity Hospice in North Bay say’s they’ll be breaking ground this spring. They say the funding needed for construction is essentially in place and that paperwork to finalize government grant agreements is underway. The facility is slated to be built on a two-acre site near Laurier Woods sold to them by the city for $1.
