Tug boat anchor to blame for spill

Following an investigation, into a recent spill of underwater oil and insulation fluid spill in the waterway connecting Lake Michigan and Lake Huron earlier this month… a culprit has been found. A tugboat anchor struck the lines according to the Michigan’s attorney general. Clean up is underway.
