Driver from the GTA charged in single MVA

Kirkland Lake OPP have charged the driver of a single motor vehicle collision on. It happened on Highway 11. The investigation revealed that the 20-year-old driver from the GTA was breaching a release order, did not have a valid driver’s license and was in possession of narcotics.
