Quick thinking neighbor calls in a break and enter in progress

A 47-year-old North Bay woman has been charges following a break-in late Monday. Police responded to a Fourth Avenue West residence shortly before 11 p.m. and found a person inside the residence. The call came in from a quick-thinking neighbor who knew the home was supposed to be unoccupied. The woman is slated to be in court next month.
