OPP say Highway 63 is back open after a vehicle rollover. This is after a tanker truck full of milk rolled failed to negotiate an onramp at around 7 p.m. yesterday. The Highway, east of North Bay was closed for eight hours as emergency crews worked at the scene. Thankfully only minor injuries were reported.
