Most of Ontario enters stage ONE of its reopening. Here’s what that means.

Most of Ontario has taken the first step in its reopening. Step one will allow patios to resume operation (of four people per table) and non-essential retail to accept in-person customers again at 15% capacity.  Outdoor social gatherings and organized public events can have up to 10 people. Indoor religious services and ceremonies, including wedding services and funeral services, will be capped at 15%.

Here’s the full list:

• Non-essential retail permitted at 15 percent capacity, with no restrictions on the goods that can be sold.

• Essential and other select retail permitted at 25 percent capacity, with no restrictions on the
