Places des Arts gets $1.1 million from FedNor

A funding announcement today saw FedNor unveil $2.4M to fund several Francophone initiatives.  It’s going toward four strategic initiatives.   As part of the funding, Places des Arts, the under-construction site of the announcement, will receive $1.1 million to cover additional construction costs as well as equipment for the multipurpose studio that’s part of the project.
