West Nipissing OPP charge a woman after a vehicle winds up in ditch, catches fire

Nipissing West OPP has charged a 33-year-old female, following a vehicle fire. It happened on East Road in West Nipissing.  Police say the vehicle caught fire after being stuck in a snowbank and was extinguished by West Nipissing Fire Service.  The driver of the vehicle was not injured but was found to be allegedly impaired.
