Missing Resident – Dave Cogan

The OPP continue their search for a missing Resident. David Cogan was last seen around 4 p.m. on May 24 and is believed to be driving a Gold Dodge Caravan with an Ontario Licence plate (CBVT 679). He suffers from Fugue state and may have temporarily forgotten his identity.
