The Homelessness Network of Sudbury have announced their first Extreme Cold Weather Alert of the season. For the next twenty-four hours. Warming centers will be open, and a hotline will set up for those in need. The alert is put into place when there is a daily low of 20 degrees Celsius with a wind chill. Further details below:
