Chlorine leak closes roadway in North Bay

A suspected chlorine leak in the city of North Bay has been closed off. It took place at the treatment plant on Memorial Drive. As a result, the roadway was closed for several hours while a Haz Mat team was called in. There was never any risk to public safety.
