NBMCA board elects Councilor Mendicino as new chair

The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority has a new board chair. Coun. Dave Mendicino. Mendicino received the nod at the board’s annual general meeting yesterday and will take over for Coun. Chris Mayne previously served as chair previously.
