Health Unit working to track down a possible COVID-19 exposure

Public Health Sudbury and Districts is working to track down a possible COVID-19 exposure. It may have occurred on Ontario Northland buses travelling from Toronto’s Union Station at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14 to North Bay with transfer service to Sudbury. Anyone on that route should monitor for symptoms.

Air quality statements in effect for Timmins, Elliot Lake

Environment Canada says an air quality statement is in effect for the Timmins and Elliot Lake areas. High levels of air pollution due to smoke from ongoing forest fires are in the area.
