Youth airlifted to Hospital following a two-vehicle collision

A youth has been taken to a Toronto hospital by Air Ornge and six others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday on Manitoulin Island. Two drivers on Highway 540 collided in the Town of Kagawong. Five people from one vehicle and two occupants from the second vehicle were transported to a local hospital in Mindemoya. Police said the investigation is ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available.

Survey underway on Minnow Lake

An assessment of fish and other species is being done on Minnow Lake. The hope is to
