Timmins Police arrest woman for motor bike theft

Timmins Police Service has charged a local woman with theft. This stems from an incident that occurred early this morning, where an allegedly stolen dirt bike was located in her possession. While completing patrols of the downtown core areas, a Timmins Police Service officer observed a female suspect pushing a Yamaha dirt bike along the sidewalk of Kirby Street. Upon being approached by the police, the suspect dropped the dirt bike to the ground and fled on foot before being arrested.
