Splash Pad opens in South Pocupine

The South Porcupine splash pad is open again, following significant upgrades. When it was closed in mid-May, it was expected to reopen in mid-July. The closure allowed for the removal of old equipment and brick, excavate and fill the area with proper fill and install a new concrete base and splash pad equipment. Due to a shortage of material, the anti-slip rubberized surface will be installed in September.
