A recent report say that North Bay ranks 255 out of 417 communities in Canada, as “Best Places to Live in 2017”. The study, put out by MoneySense’s rankings are based on such factors as the economy, mobility, weather, and health and safety. The Top 10 places include, Ottawa, Oak Bay, B.C. and Weyburn, Saskatchewan and Burlington, Ontario.
