31-year-old woman charged after being found unresponsive

Temiskaming OPP has charged a 31-year old woman from Temiskaming Shores. This is after she was found to be in need of Emergency Medical Service on Rorke Avenue. Narcotics were subsequently and allegedly found inside the vehicle. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded.
