Downtown the focus with spending

The downtown core is getting priority, when it comes to funding requests. That’s according to the City of Sudbury this week. They say that with $600,000 to spend and more than $2 million in funding requests, the city’s finance committee has decided to focus on its Downtown Sudbury Community Improvement Plan. The hope is that budget will focus on areas expected to have the biggest impact.
