Record year for ice?

This year could be a record breaking year, when it comes to the presence of Ice in North Bay. More specifically, in the water. Pilots with Helicopters Canada, which operates a flight training and charter service in North Bay, say there’s plenty of white ice on Nipissing. If the ice stays around until the 19th, it will be the latest date Nipissing was declared ice-free, since the 1920’s.
