Bomb Squad called in at Sudbury School

A heavy Police presence could be seen at Ecole St. Joseph yesterday in Greater Sudbury. This is after a potential bomb threat was called in at around 2:20 p.m. The school was evacuated, and the students were sent home. According to twitter, officers checked the school and found nothing suspicious.

$2 million more coming for child care

More is coming when it comes to child-care in the North. $2 million to be exact. The funding will create 49 new childcare spaces, housed at Churchill Public School in Greater Sudbury. MPP Glen Thibeault made the announcement
