Teen found by OPP after becoming lost in French River area

A 15-year-old is safe and sound… after getting lost looking for firewood on Burnt Island in French River this week. He evidently spent several hours in the bush before being rescued. OPP was called out just after 7:30 pm. The teen had left the campsite, looking for firewood. The Emergency Response Team, canine unit, marine unit and OPP helicopter assisted with the search.
