Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario (CSPNE) has a new Superintendant of Education. Natalie Joncas-Raymond takes the seat on August 1st.  She replaces Tracy Dottori, who announced earlier in the year that she would be leaving. She comes to the position with 25 years of experience as a teacher, educational consultant and principal of various elementary and secondary schools.
