Building numbers in 2020 top $332 for Greater Sudbury

Even with the Pandemic, Sudbury building permits climbed to an impressive $322.4 Million in 2020. That’s according to Mayor Brian Bigger in a release this week. That’s up 15.4 percent over 2019. A total of 407 planning applications were received in 2020, including rezonings, site plans, Official Plan amendments, minor variances, consents, pre-consultations and applications for draft plans of subdivision/condominium.
