Public Health Sudbury and Districts says zero new cases of COVID-19 were reported yesterday in the local jurisdiction. This is the third day in a row. The health unit also reported 29 cases are being watched locally.

OPP investigate Fatal fire in Markstay-Warren

West Nipissing OPP and the Stinson Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire yesterday, that proved deadly. One person was located deceased. The vehicle was on Kukagami Lake Road, about five kilometres north of Highway 17, in Markstay-Warren. The investigation is continuing.
