Heat warnings issued again today for a number of areas

It’s going to be another hot one for some residents in the North East. Greater Sudbury, Elliot Lake and surrounding areas could feel the daytime maximum temperatures near 30 degrees return. Environment Canada says hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality, and to check in with family and friends who are young children, pregnant women, older adults, people with chronic illnesses and those working outdoors.

Power back on following an outage in Coniston

Greater Sudbury Hydro says the power has been restored after an outage in the Coniston area.
