A new program in the Sudbury area aims to stop the hunger gaps in learning. This is after the launch of a number of Sudbury’s breakfast programs this week. The program, intended to help kids succeed in school by removing hunger as barrier, was launched this week by Huntington University and the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce. Researches say that one million Canadian children go to school hungry every day, the local breakfast and snack programs within the City of Greater Sudbury and Manitoulin District can close the gap.
