Deputy Chief James Besley announces retirement

The District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board is offering their thanks to Deputy Chief James Besley. After serving the public for 34 years in EMS, the Deputy Chief has announced his retirement. It will be in effect, October 1, 2021
