Fire “Fully Involved” in North Bay

North Bay fire crews quickly knocked down what’s described as a “substantial” house fire this morning (Wednesday) on Cartier Street. Reports say by the time Fire Services Arrived, the fire involved, and the windows were blown out. Four people have been taken hospital for observation. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
