No charges laid in fatal accident

No charges will be laid in a fatal accident that took place, just before the weekend. It all happened in Whitefish where a driver attempting to enter Highway 17 from Municipal Road 55 was struck by an eastbound five-ton truck. A 76-year old man from Espanola.
