Petition over Policing comes to West Nipissing Residents

The issue of Policing in West Nipissing is coming up again this week. Some residents say they’re not happy about a council vote 6-3 accepting a proposal from the OPP to take over Policing in the community, and disbanding the current Police force. They’ve taken to asking residents to express their frustration in the form of a petition, asking for a receding of the decision.
