Sault male busted for $38,000 loan… in another name

Sault Ste. Marie Police Service say they’ve taken a 28 year old male into custody. This is following a fraud investigation. It is alleged that the accused obtained a loan for over $38,000 in the name of his ex-girlfriend. Soon after, the victim found out about the loan and contacted police. The accused will be in court, next month.
