Suspicious Package declared as “No Threat”

Police north of Timmins are looking for information regarding a ‘suspicious’. They say it was left near the North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services building on Kolb Avenue in Kapuskasing. All businesses and homes within a 50-metre radius were emptied before the explosives unit investigated. They have since determined there was no threat to public safety.
